1000: 3 eggs, toast with 2 tbsp white chocolate peanut butter, 8oz water
1230: 16oz coffee + 2tsbp sugar + 1oz milk
1330: Pho Cyclo - small bowl of flank and steak pho + 24oz water
1500: Cafe Vita - 12oz mocha
1700: 1 small apple
2100: Stanfords - HH mac & cheese, HH chicken tenderloins, fries
WOD: rest
