Woke up this morning and ran to the gym to do some personal training. After running back, I felt a little
Forest Gump-ish and decided to run more. It was a little more than a 10k (7.5 mi) and my knee was acting up a bit, but it was POSE the majority of the way. I'm still sore in the shoulders from
the other night and then my hamstrings and hips are tight from
yesterday.
