Choose your order of rds, for time:

ROUND A
800m run
24 kb swings, 1.5 pd
42 pullups

ROUND B
1000m row
24 deadlifts, 135 lbs
42 box jumps

ROUND C
100 double unders
24 db cleans, 30 lbs
42 pushups

I did C-B-A in 22:06

I'd like to try it again maybe in A-B-C order. My shoulders were tired early because of the double unders, cleans, pushups and rowing. Everything else was fairly normal, although ending with that many pullups always suck (even with the butterfly kip). Still fun, regardless. The WOD could probably go further, including two more MWG combination rounds.
