WOD 11FEB09

Warm-up was 2 rds of: 500m run, 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 puhsups, 10 dead hang pullups.

5 reps each, all with 135lbs:
  • press (min rest in between reps since it's close to my 1RM)
  • low trap back squat
  • high trap back squat
  • low trap back squat
  • OHS
  • squat clean
  • hang power clean
  • SLDL
  • low trap back squat
30 min later:

Tabata Pushups (+ planks) = 15
Tabata Pistols = 10-10-10-10-10-10-11-11
Tabata Full-arm Plank (Superman during rest)
Tabata Ebert & Roepers 30-29-30-29-29-29-28-28
