WOD 04FEB09

I ran an impromtu CrossFit Total at the gym today and after the backsquats took too long, skipped out on the presses and deadlifted.

I joined in on the deadlifts and PR'ed!

The last attempt was ugly and definitely a "post-max" lift. Need to work on form for a true one-rep deadlift max.
