Today I had a business meeting with Tony and Derrick* down at Cafe Vita and within the talk Derrick brought up how knowing personality types can tremendously assist in running a business because of the way people act/react to situations.

I took each test twice (did the original three tests, repeated them a while later). The numbers represent percentages.
