WOD 29DEC08

First real workout since 15DEC08

5 rds for time:
20 oh kb lunges, 16kg
30 kb swings, 16kg

(This felt like crap. Maybe I should start working out! )

followed by

3 x 20 kb floor presses, each arm (16kg)

then 3 reps of each side, in succession w/ kb:
clean, push press, side press, windmill

Start slow, build gradual!
