My name is Andrew and I'm a CrossFitter. I train myself as well as others. Music (hip hop foremost, but I'm a fan of everything) and Health & Fitness are paramount to me. I'm also a hugh STAR WARS fan.
"Sick Sad Little World" by Incubus was originally titled "Turbo Geek" when it was just an instrumental. Lyrics were written and the title changed. I think it describes me well.
