19:39. My PR is 10:17. After the initial set of HSPU, everything went to shit.

Nutrition:

1000: 1 pint milk

1400: 2 graham crackers (!)

1730: Rancho Bravo - 3 chicken tacos, 1 beef tongue taco

2200: Chipotle - 1 chicken bowl (chicken, rice, black beans, pico de gallo, cheese)

WOD:

Backsquat 5 reps @ 20kg, 60kg, 100kg, 112kg (5th rep fail)

Been too long without a strength workout. Last time I backsquatted was 29APR09. Everything with the gym prompted me to spend all this time doing paperwork and setting up the new box and I lost time with working out. Oh well, I have the whole summer (+ the rest of my life) to get stronger.
