Friday, day 12

Weight: 132.8lbs

Sleep: 8 hours. Finally knocked out when I wanted to.

Nutrition:

1230: Kona Kitchen - 3/4 of a fried rice order (spam, green onions, bbq pork) + 1 scrambled egg + 1 egg sunny side up, 20oz coke, a side of fries

1330: Molly Moon* - 1 scoop vivace coffee ice cream + waffle cone.

1900: the rest of my friend rice

2200: movie theater popcorn + salt, some Junior Mints

0000: two 16oz Blue Moon

*I didn't know, but there's another location RIGHT next to the new Foundation CrossFit. Uh oh's.
