This was HQ's WOD, but instead of the prescribed 185lbs I went lighter to make sure I don't hate strength conditioning again. Worked out with Sheena (9:49, 25kg) and we both could've went up in weight, but oh well. I'll try again later.

All I'm trying to do is eat. I need to calories to put on some weight because I'm too skinny (my health is shit). Food will be cleaned up within a week.

0915: 3 scrambled eggs (thank yoou)

0930: Starbucks - 12oz chai latte

1100: 3 macadamia nuts

1330: 27oz whole milk

1530: Home Depot - polish dog w/ ketchup, mustard, lot of relish

1700: Healeo - 16oz "Acai-oxidant"

2100: Qdoba - chips and queso
